贵重物品需用精确的磅秤称重，实际毛重以0.1公斤为单位。每份货运单货物的声明价值不得超过USD100.000美元，中国金币公司经民航总局批准限额USD200.00，但只能由中国民航所属航空企业承运。
货物收到后，应立即与国际仓库保管室联系，安排货物入贵重物品仓库，并作好记录和交接工作。
货运单填制、报关完毕后，立即交到配载室，与配载人员签字交接。
