1、首先您需要和您的外商（和国内用户）确定了进口订单；
2、你需要向您的外商说明我们是您的进口代理商，我们签订进口代理协议；
3、您可先付货款给我司，再委托我司付汇（或开信用证）给您的外商；
4、尽可能提前提供国外进口文件给我司（发票/箱单/提单/证明等）；
5、货到港口后，我们开始换单报关，也可使用您或您外商指定的货代；
6、我司办理您进口所需的一切文件（包括商检/免3C/进口许可证等）；
7、我们会通知您需要缴纳海关关税和增值税的凭证和金额告诉您，您须付款至我司；
8、海关对该货物放行后，我们将安排给您送货，或指导您自己提货；
9、在业务结束后，我司按实际发生列出一切费用与您结算。
